# VO2Max Training vs Allure+

The clearest difference is update cadence: Allure+ at every 4 days against VO2Max Training's every 11 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VO2Max Training sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Allure+ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VO2Max Training ships an update every 11 days, Allure+ every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
