# HOOPS FACTORY vs SKN

The clearest difference is update cadence: SKN at every 3 weeks against HOOPS FACTORY's every 14 months. SKN also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HOOPS FACTORY ships an update every 14 months, SKN every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
