# Vertika vs Posture Check

The clearest difference is update cadence: Posture Check at weekly against Vertika's every 6 months. Vertika's advantage is iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vertika sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Posture Check sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vertika ships an update every 6 months, Posture Check weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
