# Brave New Mongolia vs NoteWander

The clearest difference is monetization model: NoteWander at free against Brave New Mongolia's ad-supported. NoteWander also leads on ratings volume (10 vs 1). Brave New Mongolia's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Brave New Mongolia against 5.0 for NoteWander. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NoteWander has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
