# Sobbr vs Gym Log

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sobbr at daily against Gym Log's weekly. Sobbr also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sobbr sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Gym Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sobbr ships an update daily, Gym Log weekly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
