# Idea Note vs MindMap AI

The clearest difference is ads: Idea Note at none against MindMap AI's shown. MindMap AI's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Idea Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and MindMap AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
