# KinJoin vs Digital Flare

The clearest difference is update cadence: Digital Flare at every 3 days against KinJoin's every 3 weeks. KinJoin's advantage is ratings volume (51 vs 7). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for KinJoin against 5.0 for Digital Flare. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KinJoin has 51 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 95% of KinJoin's written reviews are positive against 100% of Digital Flare's.

KinJoin ships an update every 3 weeks, Digital Flare every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
