Are you on the lowest-cost PG&E rate for the way you actually use electricity? WattPayoff compares what available rate plans would have cost based on your own usage, so you can spot potential savings. Now it keeps checking for you. Each month, automated monitoring analyzes your most recent 365 days of actual usage, calculates costs across active PG&E electricity rate schedules, and notifies you of the lowest-cost option. If another rate would have saved you money, see the estimated difference. If your current rate was already the lowest-cost option, get that confirmation too. You can also run a comparison whenever you want. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Compare rate costs side by side using your own usage history, including time-of-use and EV rate options. • Explore energy usage charts by day, month, year, last 365 days, lifetime, billing cycle, or a custom date range. • Review PG&E bills, billing periods, energy billed, rate schedules, and individual charges. • See energy received from the grid and energy delivered back—especially useful if you have solar. • Explore modeled EV rate and Powerwall scenarios. • Use the app on iPhone or iPad. Whether you charge an EV, have solar or battery storage, or simply want a clearer picture of your electricity costs, PG&E Toolkit - Pro helps you make sense of your usage and rate options. To get started, you need PG&E electric service and access to your PG&E online account. Rate comparisons show what different plans would have cost for past usage. Rate eligibility and future savings may vary. SUBSCRIPTION PG&E Real Meter Data Analyses is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription. The current price is shown before purchase. About

WiFi RoomPlan

Features

Map Wi‑Fi dead zones while you scan your space with Apple RoomPlan. WiFi RoomPlan turns a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro / Pro Max or iPad into a room scanner and network survey tool. Walk slowly through your home or office; the app builds a 3D room model and pins live network performance samples to your path—so you can see where the signal drops. Key Features: Apple RoomPlan scanning — Capture walls, openings, and furniture with the LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max and later Pro / Pro Max models; iPad Pro 2020+ and other LiDAR iPads). Wi‑Fi or cellular test mode — Switch between Wi‑Fi and 4G/cellular probes before you scan; each saved survey records the network name and mode. Live metrics HUD — Link score, router/DNS latency, internet latency, throughput estimate, and sample count while you walk. 2D floor plan heat map — Color-coded points (strong → dead) on a top-down plan; pinch, rotate, and pan the map. 3D model with balloons — Open saved scans to inspect the USDZ room mesh with signal markers along your path. Walkthrough playback — Play a camera path from start to finish; choose 3D or 3D + 2D split view with a synced walker on the floor plan. Export to Photos — Save 3D-only or 3D+2D side-by-side walkthrough videos to your photo library; share USDZ models. Privacy first — Room models and samples are stored on your device. Network probes measure performance only; we do not sell your data. Requirements: iPhone Pro / Pro Max or iPad with LiDAR Scanner (RoomPlan) iOS / iPadOS 17 or later Camera access for room scanning Location (When In Use) to read Wi‑Fi SSID when available Photos (Add Only) to save exported walkthrough videos Perfect for finding dead zones at home, tuning mesh routers, and comparing Wi‑Fi vs cellular coverage room by room.
