# unhookd vs Rewired

unhookd and Rewired both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of unhookd's written reviews are positive against 45% of Rewired's. Rewired's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 18). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. unhookd sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Rewired sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for unhookd against 4.8 for Rewired. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rewired has 1.3K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of unhookd's written reviews are positive against 45% of Rewired's.

unhookd ships an update every 3 weeks, Rewired every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
