# setlog vs AskRaven

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AskRaven at 100% against setlog's 75%. setlog's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

setlog holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 31 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of setlog's written reviews are positive against 100% of AskRaven's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

setlog ships an update every 10 days, AskRaven every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
