# Tracktopus vs TinyStep

The clearest difference is ads: TinyStep at none against Tracktopus's shown. TinyStep also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tracktopus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TinyStep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tracktopus ships an update fortnightly, TinyStep weekly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
