# TimeGuide vs ntoday

The clearest difference is update cadence: ntoday at every 5 days against TimeGuide's every 2 weeks. TimeGuide's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeGuide sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year and ntoday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TimeGuide ships an update every 2 weeks, ntoday every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
