# Helthy vs TracoFit

The clearest difference is rating: Helthy at 4.9 against TracoFit's 4.5. Helthy also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and monetization model (ad-supported vs freemium). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Helthy sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and TracoFit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Helthy holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Helthy has 27 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 90% of Helthy's written reviews are positive against 80% of TracoFit's.

Helthy ships an update every 3 days, TracoFit every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
