# NapSense vs Changed

The clearest difference is update cadence: Changed at every 5 days against NapSense's monthly. Changed also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NapSense sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Changed sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NapSense ships an update monthly, Changed every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
