# Pedometer vs Trekka

The clearest difference is device support: Pedometer at 3 against Trekka's 1. Pedometer also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pedometer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Trekka sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pedometer ships an update every 5 days, Trekka every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
