# Card Connect vs AlignFive

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AlignFive at 80% against Card Connect's 26%. AlignFive also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). Card Connect's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (8.2K vs 11). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Card Connect sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and AlignFive sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Card Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Card Connect has 8.2K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Card Connect's written reviews are positive against 80% of AlignFive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Card Connect ships an update fortnightly, AlignFive every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
