# Biru vs Mitasu

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mitasu at every 2 weeks against Biru's every 6 weeks. Biru's advantage is iOS requirement (18.5 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Biru sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Mitasu sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Biru ships an update every 6 weeks, Mitasu every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
