# Narrable vs Tambr

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tambr at every 2 days against Narrable's every 5 days. Tambr also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Narrable sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Tambr sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Narrable ships an update every 5 days, Tambr every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
