Success Tracker – Behavior Growth Made Visible Empower students, engage families, and strengthen your school culture—one positive choice at a time. Success Tracker is a PBIS-aligned behavior and SEL tracking app that transforms how student growth is recognized, reinforced, and supported. Whether you're a teacher, counselor, or administrator, this tool helps your school focus not just on correcting behavior—but on celebrating and cultivating the skills that lead to real success. Track Progress, Not Just Problems Most behavior systems focus on what went wrong. Success Tracker flips the lens—highlighting what’s going right. Track small but powerful student actions like: Using a calming strategy after frustration Asking for help instead of acting out Returning to task after a redirection Taking responsibility and making amends These are skills—not just behaviors. And each time a student uses one, they move closer to success in the classroom. Success Tracker helps you catch and reinforce those moments in real time. Built for Educators: Easy, Fast, and Practical We know educators are busy. Success Tracker is designed to make behavior tracking and reporting seamless and supportive—not another burden: Quick-Tap Logging: Document key moments in seconds Class Schedule Integration: Track behaviors by period or setting One-Click Reports: Export student summaries for IEPs, RTI, or conferences Reusable Goal Templates: Set goals once, adapt across students Visual Dashboards: See trends at a glance—no spreadsheets required You can track meaningful progress and communicate with families—without adding hours to your day. A Crucial Difference: Real Dialogue, Not Just Data Unlike traditional tracking tools, Success Tracker fosters a shared conversation—not a one-way report. Students can reflect and comment on their behavior, helping them take ownership of their growth. Parents and caregivers can see updates and respond with encouragement, questions, or insights. This two-way feedback loop is a game-changer. It: Builds student agency and self-awareness Encourages family involvement in meaningful ways Fosters a sense of shared responsibility and celebration When feedback becomes dialogue, growth becomes real—and sustainable. Skill-Based Behavior Support That Leads to Success Success Tracker doesn’t just monitor behavior—it tracks the use of core social-emotional skills that help students succeed: Self-regulation Asking for support Conflict resolution Resilience after setbacks Reflection and repair By recognizing and reinforcing these skills, the app creates a naturally positive approach to behavior—rooted in what students are doing right. This helps build a strengths-based school culture where students feel seen, capable, and supported. Family Engagement Without the Friction Keep caregivers in the loop—without extra steps for teachers: Real-time access to behavior updates and reflections Space for families to comment, ask questions, or offer support Transparent communication that builds trust between home and school Clear Reporting for Teams and Leaders Whether you’re supporting Tier 1 practices or Tier 3 interventions, Success Tracker makes it easy to gather, analyze, and share data: Monitor student growth over time Use data to guide SEL lessons, team meetings, or intervention plans Created by Educators, for Real Classrooms Success Tracker was built with feedback from teachers, counselors, and school leaders who needed a system that supports behavior improvement without punishing kids or overloading staff. It works because it’s simple. It matters because it’s strengths-based. Reflect. Reset. Rise. Success Tracker helps schools shift from behavior control to skill-building, from blame to growth, from isolation to partnership. It’s not about perfection—it’s about daily progress. See the small wins. Name the big growth. Build the habits that last.

Speak Japanese out loud, not just read it. Fluency Tool plays a native speaker saying a sentence, opens your microphone, records you saying it back, and shows you what you said and what you need to improve. Shadowing means repeating a native speaker right after you hear them. It trains pronunciation and rhythm, the part of Japanese that textbooks and flashcards leave out. HOW A SESSION WORKS A JLPT-graded sentence plays in a native voice. The microphone opens on its own, you say the sentence, and your recording plays back so you can hear the difference. Speech recognition scores the attempt, and sentences you miss come back later in the same session. This hands-free loop is called Echo Fluency. WHAT IS INSIDE Flashcards with spaced repetition Rate cards Again, Hard, Medium, or Easy. The SM-2 method sets the next interval from your rating and each card's ease factor. JLPT decks for all five levels are preloaded; long-press any kanji for on'yomi, kun'yomi, and meaning. JLPT Grammar Guide, N5 to N1 Every pattern in one reference, native audio on each example, a quiz on tap. Status tracks as Learning, Reviewing, or Mastered. Vocabulary games from your own decks Fever Pitch, kanji Hangman, matching, and crosswords, generated from the words you are actively studying. Dashboard Your daily goal, a 7- or 30-day activity chart, and a roadmap across all 25 sub-levels. WHO IT IS FOR Learners who can already read Japanese and want to start speaking it. JLPT candidates get speaking practice organized by the same levels as the exam, which tests reading and listening only. If you read Japanese but hesitate to say it, this is the missing half. Learning English instead? Choose English as your target language and practice speaking the same way. HOW IT STARTS Pick a JLPT level and sub-level (25 in total) in onboarding, then say your first sentence within a minute. Speaking, flashcards, grammar, and games all draw on that level's content, so progress in one shows up in the others. BEFORE YOU START You will want to have some understanding of hiragana and katakana; the app does not teach them. Echo Fluency and speech recognition need an internet connection. Flashcards, games, and crosswords work offline. Core features are free, with no subscription and no trial. One optional one-time in-app purchase removes banner ads.
