# SessionFlow vs Noty AI

The clearest difference is update cadence: SessionFlow at every 5 weeks against Noty AI's every 7 months. Noty AI's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SessionFlow sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Noty AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
