# FINESSE vs Move with Mel

The clearest difference is rating: FINESSE at 4.9 against Move with Mel's 4.6. FINESSE also leads on ratings volume (103 vs 10). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FINESSE sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Move with Mel sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FINESSE holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FINESSE has 103 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of FINESSE's written reviews are positive against 100% of Move with Mel's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FINESSE ships an update weekly, Move with Mel every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
