# Temp Mail vs Animu

The clearest difference is update cadence: Animu at every 2 weeks against Temp Mail's every 6 months. Temp Mail's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Temp Mail sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Animu sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Temp Mail ships an update every 6 months, Animu every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
