# CNUSUP vs XL SCANNER

The clearest difference is ads: XL SCANNER at none against CNUSUP's shown. XL SCANNER also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CNUSUP sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and XL SCANNER sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CNUSUP ships an update every 6 weeks, XL SCANNER fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
