# Screen Time Control vs NoteFlw

The clearest difference is update cadence: NoteFlw at every 5 days against Screen Time Control's monthly. NoteFlw also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Time Control sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and NoteFlw sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
