# Pomodoro Timer vs Notix

The clearest difference is device support: Pomodoro Timer at 3 against Notix's 1. Notix's advantage is iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pomodoro Timer sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Notix sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomodoro Timer ships an update fortnightly, Notix every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
