# Flips vs EyeInsight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EyeInsight at 100% against Flips's 63%. EyeInsight also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Flips's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EyeInsight holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flips has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 63% of Flips's written reviews are positive against 100% of EyeInsight's.

Flips ships an update every 3 weeks, EyeInsight every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
