# Rivex vs Minosia

The clearest difference is update cadence: Minosia at every 10 days against Rivex's every 2 months. Minosia also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rivex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Minosia sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rivex ships an update every 2 months, Minosia every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
