# GlowBack vs GLP

The clearest difference is ads: GLP at none against GlowBack's shown. GLP also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). GlowBack's advantage is ratings volume (116 vs 4) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GlowBack sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and GLP sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GLP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GlowBack has 116 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GlowBack ships an update every 9 days, GLP every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
