# Simple Memo vs Leaflet

The clearest difference is ads: Leaflet at none against Simple Memo's shown. Leaflet also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simple Memo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Leaflet sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simple Memo ships an update every 2 months, Leaflet every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
