# CountTogether vs HOKALI

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HOKALI at none against CountTogether's 3. HOKALI also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). CountTogether's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CountTogether sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. HOKALI asks for nothing beyond the download.

HOKALI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CountTogether has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CountTogether ships an update weekly, HOKALI monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
