# Daimon vs Graduation Countdown ‎

The clearest difference is monetization model: Daimon at free against Graduation Countdown ‎'s free with in-app purchases. Daimon also leads on ratings volume (84K vs 39) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daimon sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Graduation Countdown ‎ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Daimon against 5.0 for Graduation Countdown ‎. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daimon has 84K ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Daimon ships an update every 9 days, Graduation Countdown ‎ every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
