# Drynosaur vs EVOLVE

Drynosaur and EVOLVE both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Drynosaur's written reviews are positive against 17% of EVOLVE's. EVOLVE's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drynosaur sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and EVOLVE sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Drynosaur against 4.7 for EVOLVE. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 463 and 1K respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of Drynosaur's written reviews are positive against 17% of EVOLVE's.

Drynosaur ships an update fortnightly, EVOLVE every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
