# Drynosaur vs Sweatistics

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sweatistics at 100% against Drynosaur's 50%. Sweatistics also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Drynosaur's advantage is ratings volume (468 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drynosaur sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Sweatistics sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sweatistics holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drynosaur has 468 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Drynosaur's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sweatistics's.

Drynosaur ships an update fortnightly, Sweatistics every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
