# Rallycat vs TalkActive

The clearest difference is ads: TalkActive at none against Rallycat's shown. Rallycat's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rallycat sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and TalkActive sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rallycat ships an update every 2 weeks, TalkActive every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
