# اشواك vs TAN

The clearest difference is update cadence: TAN at every 10 days against اشواك's every 4 weeks. TAN also leads on ratings volume (15 vs 3). اشواك's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for اشواك against 4.5 for TAN. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TAN has 15 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

اشواك ships an update every 4 weeks, TAN every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
