# Rereminder vs QText

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rereminder at every 3 days against QText's every 3 weeks. QText's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rereminder sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and QText sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rereminder ships an update every 3 days, QText every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
