# GovAuctions.com vs PAC Auctions

The clearest difference is update cadence: GovAuctions.com at every 2 weeks against PAC Auctions's every 3 months. GovAuctions.com also leads on ratings volume (25K vs 1) and chart position (#28 vs unranked). PAC Auctions's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PAC Auctions holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GovAuctions.com has 25K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GovAuctions.com ships an update every 2 weeks, PAC Auctions every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
