# Spinny vs PinkFlag

The clearest difference is ads: PinkFlag at none against Spinny's shown. PinkFlag also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). Spinny's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spinny sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and PinkFlag sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PinkFlag holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spinny has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Spinny ships an update weekly, PinkFlag every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
