# Plotwist vs PLOT

The clearest difference is update cadence: PLOT at every 2 days against Plotwist's every 2 weeks. PLOT also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Plotwist sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and PLOT sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Plotwist ships an update every 2 weeks, PLOT every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on August 5, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
