# Countdown vs Awaited

The clearest difference is update cadence: Countdown at weekly against Awaited's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Awaited sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown ships an update weekly, Awaited fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
