# mscLive vs Skipifi

The clearest difference is update cadence: Skipifi at every 2 weeks against mscLive's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mscLive sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Skipifi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

mscLive ships an update every 5 months, Skipifi every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on June 2, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
