# MindFlipOut vs Worry Beads

The clearest difference is update cadence: MindFlipOut at every 4 days against Worry Beads's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindFlipOut sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Worry Beads sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindFlipOut ships an update every 4 days, Worry Beads every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
