# CELPIP Prep Practice vs passOSCE

CELPIP Prep Practice and passOSCE are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. CELPIP Prep Practice sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and passOSCE sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $149.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CELPIP Prep Practice ships an update fortnightly, passOSCE every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
