# Matrys vs EzTakeover

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Matrys at 15.0 against EzTakeover's 17.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Matrys sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and EzTakeover sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Matrys ships an update fortnightly, EzTakeover every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
