# PixVideo AI vs Flashloop

The clearest difference is rating: PixVideo AI at 4.2 against Flashloop's 2.3. PixVideo AI also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (871 vs 3). Flashloop's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (50% vs 29%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PixVideo AI sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Flashloop sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PixVideo AI holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PixVideo AI has 871 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of PixVideo AI's written reviews are positive against 50% of Flashloop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PixVideo AI ships an update every 3 weeks, Flashloop every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
