# Fartlek vs PushPace

The clearest difference is ads: Fartlek at none against PushPace's shown. PushPace's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 4 days) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fartlek sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PushPace sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
