# BBO Trainer vs BridgeTricks

The clearest difference is ads: BBO Trainer at none against BridgeTricks's shown. BridgeTricks's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BBO Trainer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and BridgeTricks sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BBO Trainer ships an update monthly, BridgeTricks every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
