# Mindmap AI vs RicordAI

The clearest difference is update cadence: RicordAI at every 2 days against Mindmap AI's every 6 days. RicordAI also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindmap AI sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and RicordAI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mindmap AI ships an update every 6 days, RicordAI every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
