# Siempre vs IntervalForge

The clearest difference is update cadence: Siempre at every 3 days against IntervalForge's every 3 weeks. Siempre also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Siempre sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and IntervalForge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
