# Victus vs TrainLikeMe

The clearest difference is rating: Victus at 4.9 against TrainLikeMe's 4.2. Victus also leads on ratings volume (58 vs 11). TrainLikeMe's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (67% vs 33%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Victus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and TrainLikeMe sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Victus holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Victus has 58 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Victus's written reviews are positive against 67% of TrainLikeMe's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Victus ships an update every 9 days, TrainLikeMe fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
